SEIRS

Polypal fully adheres to the Storage Equipment Installers Registration Scheme - SEIRS - which is committed to improving and maintaining the highest level of safety standards and awareness of health and safety issues associated with storage equipment.

Recognised training courses, prepared in conjunction with the HSE and supplemented by regular updates, result in storage industry qualifications for all installers of Polypal equipment to national safety standards which are then fully monitored.

An initiative developed by SEMA (the Storage Equipment Manufacturers' Association), in conjunction with major engineering industry training body, METCOM, SEIRS provides a common code of practice, specialised training courses and a National Register of UK Installers. This encompasses a range of key factors from hazard and risk assessments and manual lifting and handling, through to the use of work equipment, use of harnesses and PPE requirements. It is an approach that helps to ensure our installers operate at the safest possible level and that your project is completed to meet industry defined quality standards.
