We offer a range of maintenance options to suit your operational needs, including:
- Pre-Planned Maintenance: scheduled following an initial site inspection, this service ensures your racking system remains fully compliant with the latest health and safety standards.
- Rapid Response: for urgent issues, our team can be on-site within one week to assess the problem and carry out necessary repairs.
- Emergency ‘Make Safe’ Service: in the event of an accident, we can be on-site within 24 hours to perform immediate safety interventions, such as controlled collapses, retrieval of stuck pallets or emergency repairs.
All inspections are carried out by our SEMA-approved racking inspectors, and where possible, we’ll carry out minor repairs on the day. If more extensive work is required, we’ll provide a clear, itemised plan and quotation that we can implement as soon as possible.
