Once manufactured, we offer the option to build your pallet racking frames in our facility to reduce installation time on your site, minimising disruption to your business. When this has been completed, we then ensure that everything is prepared and aligned before any work begins.
Our SEIRS-registered installation team will review the project’s detailed scope of works, phasing programme, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) and the appropriate Install Guides to ensure all preparations are safe. This includes understanding the substrates we are fixing to, ensuring the correct fixings are used and are compliant, and tailored to your site. Any waste and decommissioned structures will be removed, and a clean, secure working area will be established in accordance with safety best practices.
Our skilled installers will then follow the programme and Install Guide with care and precision, ensuring each bay of your storage solution is fitted exactly to specification and to the highest quality standards. Site conditions, such as floor gradients, will be accounted for with the construction of your solution, ensuring a seamless and secure finish.
Once your solution is in place, we’ll leave the area clean, tidy, and ready for immediate use.
